“Teroitus”

Noun derived from the verb teroittaa (to sharpen)

I aim to capture the contrast between sharp and unsharp, offering an experience that deepens one’s sense of liberty and humility. These qualities, liberty and humbleness, can only truly be felt when conditions impose limits or restrictions. Nature, in its vast and majestic presence, can be deeply humbling simply by being in its midst. Yet, it is often in stepping away from that grandeur, seeking refuge in a small, confined space that narrows the view, that one becomes more acutely aware of their own place in time.
